Our lives are becoming a crazy race… always gaining speed. Stress-Busters take its participants beyond stress management techniques. It targets directly the process generating stress. Our Stress-Busters address the individual as a whole. In truth, stress perturbs not just one aspect of the person. It affects the physical body, the psyche and the mind. Thus / one must propose physiological, psychological and intellectual solutions to its causes.
Stress-Busters combine scientific facts with psychological tools and a variety of techniques concluding with a practical exercise.
Stress-Busters workshops are set up in a sequence of three sessions of one and a half hours over three days presented at the workplace. The program can be presented to a few people at a time as well as groups from 15 to 100 people.
Each session talks about aspects of daily life at work and concludes with specific tools to deal with it. They stimulate the group members to revisit their world and to apply a new chemistry of its components.
Combining physiology with scientific facts, corporate reality, psychological tools and relaxation to help participants find balance andmaximize their potential.
