Francine and Philippe each experienced a long personal journey before they met. Both had lead careers that corresponded to their passions while respectively deepening an artistic exploration that was key to their individual balance. Of their union the Blue Agora concept was born. It represents their multidisciplinary contribution to the creation of a more harmonious, exhilarating world that will favour everyone's blooming.

Why that name… Blue Agora ? First because the Greek word agora defines an open place as well as a meeting space. This notion of non-confinement is a fondamental building block of our endeavour. It reflects our desire to invite in as well as emanate –iwhich movement is essential to the expansion of each human being. Second making it blue associates this unique space with the vibration of communication and clearvision so precious to any true exchange.

Philippe Cauvier was born by the sea. His blue eyes are the same as the changing sky in his native Gaspésie. With a carpenter's background and studies at the department of Engineering from Cornell University, Philippe knows construction and design intimately. His experience at the City of Montréal and his position as Director of Engineering at Fairmont le Château Frontenac provided him with fabulous opportunites to lead an amazing array of projects in construction, architecture and design, all of which solidified his expertise while stimulating his creativity.

His professional path has been sustained by a powerful personal one. Philippe was precautiously interested in the invisible aspects of life, in universal laws, in investigating the divine and understanding subtle energies in order to become a radiant man who contributes beautifully to society.

Now, this co-founder of Blue Agora wishes to serve all those who aspire to live and work in an inspired… inspiring space.

Francine J. Colangelo proudly embodies her mixed Québécois and Italian heritage. Following her bachelor's degree in Literature and studies as a classical singer, she worked for over 20 years in the communication arena both in the corporate and the artistic worlds. Her experience as journalist, columnist, speaker and development strategist are precious assets to this new venture. For over 20 years, Francine worked with artists of all disciplines as well as leading innovative people in technology, science and philosophy. She cherishes this as a valuable treasure.

Francine balanced her career with an unwavering spiritual quest. She is always eager to learn, expand her horizons and understand the human soul better. She found a way to a more serene and fulfilling life by listening to her emotional, and spiritual needs through the practice of yoga, studies in tibetan medecine, astrology and numerous seminars and workshops. All this has been converging for many years in her artistic work, and now in this singular new Agora.

For the time being Blue Agora is based in cyberespace and anywhere we will present our events. However as soon as possible, our Agora will have a tridimensional buiding where it will set roots welcoming you and avant-garde people of all fields to share their passion. Each day we joyfully build Blue Agora. An every day we meet each time we connect to our true purpose and our desire to transform our daily life into a work of art. Thus, Blue Agora is a state of mind bathing every aspect of our lives with Light and beauty.
